Terms & Conditions

1) LIFE CARE PRODUCT is warranted against defects in material & workmanship (manufacturing defect). Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing the replacement of any part found to be defective by our authorized office/representative within 2 years from the date of delivery or bill whichever is earlier.

2) Any expense including to & for Freight, octroi, packing, loading & unloading etc. shall be borne by the clients shall arrange to dispatch or delivered the guarantor hereto, not withstanding the fact that he had purchased from a dealer near or around the residence of the client.

3) Electric motor is not warranted against burning of motor because of high fluctuations in supply voltage.

4) Maximum up to 2 free service on demand during the period of two year from the date of deliver / bill whichever is earlier sis offered. The offer of free service not from the part of warranty or it is without any obligation under warranty. The free service shall only in the area where we have appointed service dealer town’s area, otherwise charges for out of city.

5) 3 Years warranty on motor in SUPER model and 1 Years on Aatamaker.

6) 5 Years warranty on motor in SUPER PLUS, STAR, SUPER VC, STAR VC model and 1 years on Aatamaker.

7) 5 Years warranty on motor in SMART PLUS, STRONG model and 2 Years on Aatamaker.

8) 10 Years warranty on motor in SUPREME, STRONG PLUS, SUPREME PLUS model and 2 Years on Aatamaker.

9) 1 Years warranty on motor in Commercial model and 1 Years on Aatamaker.

10) 1 Year warranty on vacuum cleaner in Any Model.

11) Aatamaker accessories warranty for 6 months in Any Model.

12) Life time (14 Years) Warranty in Stainless Steel Grinding Chamber in only smart model Strong Model, Supreme Model, Supreme Plus Model and Strong Plus Model.

13) For warranty claim bill is required, without bill warranty is not applicable.

14) Out Station customers Compulsorily have to bone to & fro freight even during the guarantee period also.

15) The decisive manufacturer of his authorized officer shall be final as regards in material or workmanship (manufacturing defect) of LIFE CARE or any part thereof.

16) This warranty shall not apply to any loss or damage arising out of accident, damage in transit, alteration, misuse, neglect improper instillation, unauthorized repairs, voltage fluctuations, substitution of original part by unauthorized person, fire, flood or other acts beyond control of the manufacturer of domestic flour mill.

17) Any repair or replacement during warranty shall not carry any fresh warranty to be reckoned from the date of such repair or replacement, however, remaining part of original warranty period shall be applicable to such repairs replacement.

18) No person is authorized to add amend or alter any term of this warranty.

19) This warranty is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Court to Ahmedabad.

20) The Consumer will have no claim under this warranty in respect of death/injury to any person or loss/damage to any property caused as a result of equipment failure breakdown or accident on utilization of goods not in accordance with the instruction or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company. Any dispute arising out of this warranty will be settled in the courts at Ahmedabad.
